VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

YDE Enterprises LLC is a Virtual Executive Support company that assist businesses and organizations with various tasks remotely, from virtually anywhere. The role of the Virtual Assistant is to represent YDE Enterprises in positive manner by providing clients with a professional experience and ensure that the most productive and satisfying experience is met during the lifespan of the project. The Virtual Assistant should be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a hard worker, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.

This role also includes serving as a member of the company’s virtual team, including weekly calls and in-person meetings (if applicable) to discuss the assigned task. This exciting freelance opportunity offers flexibility as the individual will work remotely from home.  The individual must be trustworthy and use good judgement.

 

DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Perform assigned tasks from clients in your virtual environment, utilizing your skills and embracing your resourceful skill-set while potentially working with other YDE Enterprises team members to complete them.

  • Provide insight into and recommendations to changes in the internal VA client satisfaction process as the business grows and needs change.

  • Managing calendars and setting appointments with clients and their correspondents.

  • Providing consistent, grammatically correct and timely communication to the client.

  • Execute tasks in a timely manner.

  • Creating documents at the client requests.

  • Communicating to Project Manager when the need arises.

  • Using stellar grammar and organization in emails, documents, etc. (all written communication).

  • Learning client’s preferences and providing them with the work catered to their preferences.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years work as an Administrative Assistant

  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Fluency in English

 

COMPENSATION:

This position pays $15/hr and is contract-based work.
