SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

YDE Enterprises LLC is a Virtual Executive Support company that assist businesses and organizations with various tasks remotely, from virtually anywhere. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to work on our virtual team, who has a solid understanding of how each social media platform works. This exciting freelance opportunity offers flexibility as the individual will work remotely from home.  The individual must be trustworthy and use good judgement, as well as, represent YDE Enterprises in a positive and professional manner.

DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

​

  • Working with project manager and/or client to develop brand awareness and online reputation for their company/organization and build strong online communities through various social media platforms.

  • Developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.

  • The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data with client to develop effective campaigns.

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

​

  • Proven working experience in social media to include LinkedIn (publishing, posting), Facebook (Marketing, Ad Campaigns, Power Editor), Twitter, Instagram

  • Experience with technology such as; Google Suite, all social outlets, Basecamp, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.

  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • Fluency in English

  • Preferably a BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

 

COMPENSATION:

​

This position is contract-based work and compensation is based on experience.
