POLICY AND PROCEDURES

YDE Enterprises has very friendly Policies and Procedures:

 

PRICING/BILLING:

  • Services that are an hourly rate require a minimum of one-hour service and are billed in 15-minute increments.  

  • Services that are charged by page count require a minimum of five (5) typed pages for discount prices.

  • All invoices are paid upon completion of project.

  • A 33% deposit is required for Desktop Publishing Services, 33% when proofs are available and approved, and remaining balance upon completion of project.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

REFUND POLICY:

  • The customer/client is responsible for the final proofreading of accuracy and correctness of completed work.

  • We guarantee the quality of our work.  If you are not completely satisfied, return the work to us within 24 hours and we will make the necessary changes to satisfy your needs.

  • All refunds, if necessary, are subject to our discretion.   

 

DELIVERY:

  • Projects can be discussed via telephone, e-mail or a staff member will visit your office.

  • Delivery of a completed project can be arranged through e-mail, fax, US mail, messenger or we will drop-off at your office.

 

DISCLAIMER:

  • Dependable Services will not be held liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from documents which are lost or delayed in transit, whether such transit is electronic, fax, mail, or otherwise.

  • Dependable Services will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, plagiarism, etc…)

  • Dependable Services will not be held liable for typographical omissions or errors not detected by customer/client after final service has been rendered.
